Beach Wedding (on the beach!) | Newport Beach Wedding Photography
August 28, 2008How many times can I say the word beach in one blog post? Let’s count . . .
Talk about small and intimate! Less than 30 people total in attendance for this joyful wedding. Jason and Allison chose to get married on the sand in Newport Beach, CA. with their closest friends and family. I considered it an honor and joy to be invited to participate in this gathering. Just a little informational side note – gatherings of less than 50 persons do NOT require a permit in Newport Beach! Good news!
At the very beginning, everyone EXCEPT for the bride assembled on the sand by the water. We waited patiently for her and then (in the words of Eric Clapton) “Everyone turns to see . . . the beautiful Lady . . . ” It was a nice long walk across the beach. Really wonderful . . .

So romantic . . .

One of the perks of shooting a small wedding – one portrait will take care of everybody! hahah . . .

Wedding party looking like a movie poster . . .

and another perk of having the small beach wedding – no shoes! . . . yipeeee!

Such a cool and fun couple! Thanks again for inviting me.
